At The Desi Monkey, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we’re here to help you get the perfect fit!

The Quick Rules:

7-Day Window: All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Original Condition: Products must be unwashed, unused, and have the original sticker labels attached.

Packing: Please fold the item correctly and pack it securely to avoid damage during transit.
1. Exchanges (Size & Wrong Items)
If you have a size issue or received the wrong product, don't worry—the monkey has your back!

Free Exchange: We offer a one-time free exchange for size issues. We will even arrange the reverse pickup for you at no extra cost.

Price Difference: If you exchange for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid online before we process the new shipment.

One-Time Use: Exchange/Return requests are processed only once per order.
2. Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds in the case of defective or damaged products.

Reporting Defects: Email us with your order details and clear photographs of the defect.

Exceptional Returns: If we approve a return where there was no fault on our end (e.g., you simply changed your mind), a fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from your refund to cover the rising costs of reverse logistics.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or a provided bank account.
3. What Isn't Covered?

Slight Variations: Because of screen brightness and photography, the actual color or design may vary slightly from the website images. Returns are not accepted for these minor variations.

Sale Items: Any product bought during a Sale or using a Discount Code is not eligible for a refund.

User Damage: If we find that the defect happened due to your handling, washing, or usage, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Refuse Damaged Parcels: To protect yourself, please do not accept any package that looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.
4. Important Notes

Size Issues: While we offer free exchanges for size, we do not offer refunds for size issues.

Final Decision: The Desi Monkey reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the above criteria.
