At The Desi Monkey, we know you’re excited to get your hands on your new gear! We work hard to get your order out of our jungle and onto your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch

Quick Handling: We ship all orders within 24 to 48 working hours.
Business Days: Please note that our dispatch team takes a break on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Timelines

While we aim for speed, delivery times depend on your location:

Metro & Major Cities: Usually delivered within 5–8 working days.
Jammu & Kashmir and North East India: May take up to 10 working days.
Rare Cases: In extreme weather, public holidays, or stock availability issues, delivery could take up to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, we will send the tracking details directly to your email address.

Didn't get a link? If you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order, give us a shout at support@thedesimonkey.com.

Delivery Discrepancies (Important!)

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it? This is rare, but usually, the package has been accepted by a family member, neighbor, or your office mailroom.

Notify Us Immediately: You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the "Delivered" notification.
Investigation: We will immediately raise a dispute with the courier partner. Please allow us 10 working days to investigate.
Resolution: If the case is found to be a genuine loss by the courier, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.

Note: We cannot take action or be held liable for losses if the issue is reported to us after the 48-hour window.
